Students learned /ar/ words like in the words: car, hard, smart. Today students celebrated their HARD work with a pirate day!! ARRR!! The 1st grade teachers decorated their classrooms pirate themed decorations and the students had pirate hats and patches to wear. Great work 1st graders!
