We have a robust summer camp schedule! These are wonderful opportunities to engage students in a variety of activities this summer-For FREE!

If students are interested, PARENTS/GUARDIANS need to email the camp coordinator to formally reserve a spot by May 20th. Student confirmation alone is not enough to reserve a spot. We will start with a first come, first serve registration but may have to take into account other factors if space becomes limited. 

Mural Camp (Ms. Dapolito sdapolito@mascenic.org)

At BMS

  • July 7 1:00-3:30

  • July 14 1:00-3:30

  • July 21 1:00-3:30

  • July 28 1:00-3:30

Students will work on a mural that is going on a wall in our front foyer. 

Science Camp (Mrs. Robbins arobbins@mascenic.org)

At BMS and surrounding (within walking distance) woods/area

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00-10:00 the week of June 20th and 27th, July 11th and 18th, August 1st and 8th

Students will participate in a nature based camp with the theme of “Get Outside” which will include planting the raised garden beds and scavenger hunts, hikes, nature journaling and “birding” or bird watching. 

Manga Book Club (Mrs. Damery mdamery@mascenic.org)

At BMS library/amphitheater

  • July 6, 13, 20, 27 1:00-3:00

Students will read and discuss Manga (comics originally published in Japan) and take part in a variety of activities such as drawing manga, sewing a manga character, Japanese calligraphy, etc.

Craft Club (Mrs. McCabe tmccabe@mascenic.org

At BMS 

  • August 1st-5th, 9:00-12:00

Students will have an opportunity to participate in organized craft activities

“Play” Club (Ms. GB agriffinbales@mascenic.org

Palace Theater in Manchester, Peterborough Players in Peterborough

  • July 26 or July 29- The Emperor's New Clothes (10 AM)

  • July 26-29- Peter Pan (10 AM)

  • August 2-5- Cinderella (10 AM)

This club would venture to potentially three different plays at different theaters in July and August. Students do not need to participate in all three outings but parents/guardians should indicate which plays their student would like to attend. We need this information to help us plan for transportation needs.
